Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take? Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. International orders ship to 27+ countries via USPS or DHL Express and arrive within 7–21 business days.

How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also visit our Order Tracking page anytime.

Do you ship internationally? Yes! We ship to 27+ countries. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with tags and packaging intact. EU customers have a 14-day cooling-off period.

When will I receive my refund? Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and approve your return.
